Keavan's Port is a Wetherspoons and they can be a rather devisive brand. Love them or hate them one thing you wiill have to agree with me on is they always have a good selection of Cask Ales. they are one of the only places in Dublin that sell this type of beer, and the prices are amazing, €2.60 for a pint is just unheard. Here is alist of what they had lasty time I paiiid them a visit.
Abbot Ale (Greene King) – 5% ESB

Deep amber with a malty sweetness that reminds me of fruitcake and biscuits. Herbal hop notes keep it balanced. Smooth and warming—perfect for a slow pint.
Pairing: Roast beef or a hearty steak pie.
Old Peculier (Theakston) – 5.6% Old Ale

Dark, rich, and full of character. Raisins, treacle, and a hint of chocolate make this feel like dessert in a glass.
Pairing: Beef stew or lamb shank.
24 Seven (Roosters) – 4.7% Session IPA

Bright, zesty, and ridiculously drinkable. Amarillo and Simcoe hops bring citrus and gooseberry, with a crisp finish.
Pairing: Fish tacos or grilled chicken.
Jaipur (Thornbridge) – 5.9% IPA

Golden, slightly hazy, and bursting with grapefruit and tropical fruit. Six hops give it a layered bitterness that lingers.
Pairing: Spicy curry or hot wings.
Old Legover (Daleside) – 4.1% Bitter

Chestnut brown, with caramel and nutty notes. Smooth and comforting—a proper Yorkshire pint.
Pairing: Classic bangers and mash.
Gravitas (Vale Brewery) – 4.8% Pale Ale

Golden and crisp, with citrus and floral notes from Cascade hops. Dry finish that makes you want another sip.
Pairing: Grilled halloumi or a light salad.
Oakham Citra – 4.2% Golden Ale

A hop bomb in the best way. Grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruit dominate thanks to 100% Citra hops.
Pairing: Thai green curry or sushi.
The Bleeding Horse – A Dublin Institution
Just down the street, The Bleeding Horse is one of Dublin’s oldest pubs, dating back to the 17th century. It’s got a big, open layout with plenty of space to soak up the atmosphere. And the beer list? Mainly Beers from the big brewerzs but they do have a couple of proper Craft Beers on tap. Is this one of the best pubs in Dublin?
Body Riddle (Whiplash) – 4.5% Pale Ale

Hazy, juicy, and packed with citrus. Galaxy and Simcoe hops bring passionfruit and grapefruit vibes.
Pairing: Spicy chicken wings or nachos.
Rollover (Whiplash) – 3.8% Session IPA

Low ABV, big flavour. Tropical fruit and crisp bitterness make this a perfect all-day beer.
Pairing: A classic burger.
